Al-Hodeidah Governor Dr. Al-Hassan Taher inaugurated this morning the distribution of 70 fishing boats, to the most affected fishermen, in the Al-Khokha district and adjacent areas in the south of the governorate, with the support of the Kuwait Relief Society and the supervision of the Al-Hikma Society.
During the inauguration, Governor Taher praised the generous and honest role of the Kuwaiti brothers, explaining the importance of the project, which will have a positive impact on the lives of fishermen, stressing that the State of Kuwait has always been a pioneer in its projects and stances alongside the people of the governorate.
For his part, the Deputy Director of the Kuwaiti Society in Yemen, Adel Baeshen, said that the project benefits more than 300 families, and is part of a series of projects offered by the Kuwaiti Society for Yemenis.
